Your Rights and Obligations

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the bd98b platform at bd98b.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "bd98b", or "we"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all supplementary documents incorporated by reference herein — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and bd98b with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties. Access to and use of the bd98b Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. bd98b enforces a strict minimum age of 18 and will not knowingly permit any individual under this age to register, deposit funds, or engage in any wagering activity.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of another individual or legal entity.
• You are not self-excluded from gambling activities, whether via bd98b's own self-exclusion tools or any equivalent programme recognised by bd98b.

One account per person is a firm rule at bd98b. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account. If bd98b identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, National ID, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or any combination thereof — bd98b reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate balances, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

Account credentials — including your username and password — are your sole responsibility. You must not share your login details with any third party. bd98b will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised that specific action.

• KYC documentation required at withdrawal stage includes, at minimum, a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport confirming name, photograph, and date of birth.
• Proof of payment method may be requested to confirm that the withdrawal destination belongs to the account holder.
• bd98b reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for up to 5 business days while KYC verification is in progress.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation is grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held on the Platform.

All financial transactions on the bd98b Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd98b does not apply currency conversion fees — the amount you deposit in BDT is the exact amount credited to your account balance, and the amount you request for withdrawal is the exact amount processed to your designated payment method, subject to any applicable bonus wagering conditions.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Minimum deposit thresholds and processing times vary by payment method and are published on the relevant deposit/withdrawal pages of the Platform. Minimum deposit is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless bd98b compliance team approves an alternative in writing.
• bd98b does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which bd98b accepts no responsibility.
• bd98b reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Chargeback requests initiated against bd98b deposits will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation and may result in permanent closure and legal action.

bd98b offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournaments. Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer documentation, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. • Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times are in direct violation of these Terms and will have all accounts and associated funds closed without appeal.

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for that specific product.

Cricket betting on bd98b covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Test matches, ODIs, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. In-play markets are subject to suspension at any time at bd98b's discretion, particularly during live event interruptions (rain delays, power cuts, DRS reviews). Bets placed before a suspension are settled according to the rules applicable at the time the market was open.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. bd98b does not and cannot influence the outcome of any game.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed within each game or market interface. bd98b reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnection events, or display glitches — bd98b's technical logs shall serve as the authoritative record of game state and outcome. Bets cannot be settled on the basis of a player's screenshot or memory of events not confirmed by server logs.
• bd98b reserves the right to void any bet that was placed due to a pricing error, feed error, or where there is clear evidence of market manipulation by any party.
• Winnings from voided bets are not eligible for withdrawal. The stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance in such cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd98b Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one bd98b account, whether in your own name or using aliases, family members' details, or fabricated identities.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through patterns of betting that are designed to extract bonus value rather than reflect genuine recreational play, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies or co-ordinated play across multiple accounts.

• Match fixing or inside information: Placing bets using non-public information or in connection with any attempt to fix the outcome of a sporting event.
• Harassment: Using the Platform's communication features (live chat, support channels) to threaten, abuse, or harass bd98b staff or other users.

Voluntary closure: You may request the permanent closure of your bd98b account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Involuntary suspension or closure by bd98b: bd98b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• Account identified as belonging to an individual under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating account restriction.
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by the account holder.

Where an account is closed by bd98b due to a Terms violation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Balances may be returned to the original payment method or withheld pending investigation, depending on the nature of the violation.

The bd98b Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bd98b makes every commercially reasonable effort to maintain Platform availability, security, and performance, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bd98b's target uptime is 99.9%, but brief maintenance windows and unexpected outages may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd98b shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if bd98b has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from third-party actions, including but not limited to payment provider delays, telecommunications failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond bd98b's direct control.
• Any decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome history.

In all cases where bd98b is found liable, bd98b's maximum aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bd98b's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bd98b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bd98b will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, bd98b may additionally notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to an updated version of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the updated Terms take effect.
